Mission Statement
The Primary Goal of the American Legion Post 147 Honor Guard is to provide military honors or vigils at funerals and services for any honorably discharged veteran of the United States armed forces. We also honor and represent the finest traditions of the military profession; the courage of all who serve within it; and the sacrifice of those who paid the ultimate price in the performance of their duty.
